Η Κωνσταντίνα Σκαπετούλια σπούδασε ζωγραφική στην Ανώτατη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών με δασκάλους τον Δ. Μυταρά και την Ρ. Παπασπύρου. Στην ίδια Σχολή παρακολούθησε μαθήματα (τρία έτη) σκηνογραφίας με τον Γ. Ζιάκα. Συμμετείχε στο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης του ΚΕΚ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ “computer graphics and animation”. Το 2002-2003 παρακολούθησε το Μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα Σπουδών «Ψηφιακές Μορφές Τέχνης» αποκτώντας μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο, παρουσιάζοντας την πολυμεσική εφαρμογή «ΛΕΧΙΚΟΝΑ». Το 2016-2018 αποσπάται από την Δευτεροβάθμια Εκπαίδευση στην ΑΣΚΤ στα εργαστήρια ζωγραφικής και βιντεοτέχνης. Από το 2018 είναι μέλος Ε.ΔΙ.Π στον Τομέα Ζωγραφικής με γνωστικό αντικείμενο «Εισαγωγή στην ψηφιακή τέχνη»
Το καλλιτεχνικό της έργο κινείται στον χώρο της art language, στις αντιστοιχίες των συστατικών στοιχείων του κειμένου και της εικόνας, στην ανάδειξη της εικαστικής αξίας των κωδίκων των επικοινωνιακών συστημάτων.

Το έργο της έχει παρουσιαστεί σε ατομικές και ομαδικές εκθέσεις και φεστιβάλ, όπως την 2η EXPO ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΗ ΚΑΙ ΑΛΛΗΛΕΓΓΥΑ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΑ τον Νοέμβριο του 2018 στο Παλιό Χρηματιστήριο. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε συνέδρια όπως του ΝΕΟΥ ΠΑΙΔΑΓΩΓΟΥ στο Ευγενίδειο Ίδρυμα το 2017 με θέμα την εφαρμογή των ψηφιακών μέσων στην εκπαίδευση, και έχει δώσει διαλέξεις σχετικά με την σύγχρονη λειτουργία των Μουσείων. Έχει επίσης επιμεληθεί συμμετοχές φοιτητών σε καλλιτεχνικές δράσεις όπως στο ΕΡΓΑΣΤΗΡΙΟ ΞΕΝΑΚΗ στο Ναύπλιο στα πλαίσια Συμποσίου για τα εκατό χρόνια από την γέννησή του.
Η τελευταία ατομική της έκθεση με τίτλο “Lego” όπου ερευνά την συνειρμική λειτουργία της ανάγνωσης παρουσιάστηκε τον Φεβρουάριο του 2023 στην THE PROJECT GALLERY.
Ζει και εργάζεται στην Αθήνα.

Konstantina Skapetoulia studied painting at the School of Fine Arts with teachers D. Mytaras and R. Papaspyrou. At the same School she attended courses (three years) in stage design with G. Ziakas. She participated in the educational training program of Vocational Training Center DIMITRA “computer graphics and animation”. In 2002-2003 she attended the Master’s program of Studies “Digital Forms of Art” obtaining a master’s degree, presenting the multimedia application “LEXICONA”. In 2016-2018, she is seconded from Secondary Education at ASKT in the painting and video art studios. Since 2018 she has been working as a laboratory teaching staff in the field of painting and new media at the  School of Fine Arts with the subject “Introduction to digital art”

Her artistic work has references to the field of art language, to the correspondences of the constituent elements of the text and the image, to the highlighting of the visual value of the codes of the communication systems.

Her artistic work has been presented in individual and group exhibitions and festivals, such as the 2nd EXPO FOR THE SOCIAL AND SOLIDARITY ECONOMY in November 2018 at the Old building of Stock Exchange in Athens. She has participated in conferences such as the NEW TEACHER at the Eugenide Foundation in 2017 about the application of digital media in education, and has given lectures on the modern operation of Museums. She has also supervised student participation in artistic activities such as at the XENAKI WORKSHOP in Nafplio as part of the Symposium for the centenary of his birth.
Her last solo exhibition entitled “Lego” where she investigates the associative function of reading  was presented in February 2023 at THE PROJECT GALLERY.
She lives and works in Athens.
